Due to outbreak of Corona virus (COVID-19) and in accordance with Government guidelines we have made the decision to close our shops in London and Leicester until further notice. However, our team will continue to work around the clock remotely, to enable rescheduling of travel plans and help support you during these unprecedented times.

 

We are presently concentrating on supporting clients who are still abroad and those who were due to depart in April and May. To all our customers currently abroad, we would like to reassure you that we are working on helping everyone to get back to the UK. Alongside our airline partners, we are working very hard to make this as easy as possible for you and are ensuring all our customers are returned home as quickly and safely as possible. We will be in touch with you directly when we have the most up-to-date information regarding any confirmed border closures and/or changes to airline schedules.
